Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total weight and volume of the items. Shipping is free on orders over $75 within the United States.

Shipment processing time

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days upon receipt. Once shipped, standard delivery time is estimated to be 4-5 days. Please keep in mind that these timeframes may vary depending on the specific circumstances and shipping destination.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Please note that we are unable to ship our products to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the specific nature of their size and material. 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. If you have ordered multiple items, you may receive them in different shipments. Please send us an email if you haven't received all the products within 7 days from the order date.

Damages& Lost Packages
Please check your order upon delivery and notify us in 7 days if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. This will allow us to assess the issue and take appropriate action to rectify it. If the item is damaged, please send an email to help@airgrilles.com with photos of both the product and packaging. Don't forget to mention your order number in the email. If your package is lost or there is no movement in the shipping history, please send us an email as soon as possible. We will promptly investigate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.

 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at help@airgrilles.com. We will provide a return slip and instructions. Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Additionally, customers are required to provide information and pictures of the product to indicate whether it has been opened, used, or is in a new-in-box condition.

Customer pays for return shipping (unless it's our fault).

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. In order to qualify for a full product price refund, please ensure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Please note that if the package has been opened, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Refunds are provided solely for the product price; shipping fees are non-refundable (unless errors were made on our part).

 

Damages and issues
Please check your order upon delivery and notify us in 14 days if you receive a defective or damaged item. This will allow us to assess the issue and take appropriate action to rectify it. If the item is damaged, please send an email to help@airgrilles.com with photos of both the product and packaging. Don't forget to mention your order number in the email. We'll send you a new unit as soon as possible. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to start a return process for the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not offer free exchanges (unless it's our fault). 

 

Fulfillment Network

We have partnered with the Amazon Fulfillment Network to efficiently process and fulfill your orders. As a result, you may receive your package in an Amazon Shipping Box. Please be aware that we solely utilize Amazon for order fulfillment purposes. In the event of any issues, such as delays, lost packages, or damaged items, AirGrilles.com is the sole responsible party. (Only contact Amazon if you used Buy with Prime button when ordering. You may cancel your order or create a return on Amazon if you used Buy with Prime option)
